Okay this looks exactly like my little cousin puppy, Libbi! And she paddles before she's in the water too! She'll even paddle when we turn the sink on the hold her above the sink!

I guess only 60-80% of dachshunds are able to swim. I've never seen a dachshund that enjoyed water I know mine don't.
