According to Wikipedia on March 26, 2009 the Port Authority said the building will be known as "One World Trade Center" replacing its former name "Freedom Tower". Is there any doubt that we are headed for a one world government?

What people dont seem to understand is that New York is an ISLAND. and they are building a 1776ft skyscraper. Without a proper, re-enforced foundation your asking for trouble.

Yeah i know One World Trade Center will be the offical name but we as Amercians will always see it as Freedom Tower reguardless of its name.

That's horrible! it should be called Freedom tower, both of the trade center buildings are gone now, it's like they would be only put one building back and calling it world trade one? they would need to build two towers then! OK , I also want the original Twin Towers back BUT the Freedom Towers ( now changed to One World Trade Center ) are obviously being built because of saftey. The original World Trade Center were obviously designed poorly. =(
