Ever since less and less players played on ps2 I stopped playing madden, I remember in hs, we had a madden tournament in madden07 and I won the final in an assembly infront of the whole school of 1600 kids after NO one thought I'd win since i was the punter, and this was by far my favorite madden game to come out, I dont think I ever lost playing 07! This song brings back great memories :)

07 through 09 madden games on the ps2, old xbox, and gamecube were the best

@mikeyrudd44 Madden 09 on PS2 wasn't all that. Madden was the first "good" Madden on the next generation consoles. IE PS3 and Xbox 360. All Madden's Previous from '06-'08 were better on PS2. Madden 06 on next gen was a disaster, 07 not much better. 08 was pretty good but not the best. Finally '09 got it right. Except the Patriots, Brady to Moss was unstoppable. LOL still a great game though. Not trying to be an ass by the way just having a convo.

the newer madden games r just to technical, good for the dedicated football fan, but this was definatly a common gamers football game
