  • At least I can come to Youtube and find real music from my generation still. I thought my ears were going be glued shut because they're full of hearing today's garbage. Thank you for relieving my pain.

  • He's singing gospel now:-) He switched genres.

  • because like most decent artists he's seen the light @MsElaine0035

  • You know, on this song, he sounds allot like C+C Music Factory's late David Cole (RIP). Remember him? He was the red-headed, freckled-faced black guy of the Clivilles/Cole duo behind C+C. He sang lead on a couple of the group's tracks off the debut----OOOH Baby & Givin' It To You. They are vocal twins, IMO.

  • I played this Cassette until it would not play no more!!! Mr. Tony Terry it was so nice meeting you 23 years later!!! I love you!! But I know you belong to Ronnie>>>>lol

  • Tony Singin Gospel Music Now.

  • This song makes me think of happy days in Killeen Texas.

  • The part from 2:13-2:29 was used by Cherish, who did the hook for Da Brat's 2003 song "In Love Wit' Chu".

  • What is he doing now? too much talent to waste!

  • Yeah! i was at Benning also when this came out. Saw him at a club called City Lights.

  • Wow he looks like Lionel Richie

  • Funny thing is that Keith Sweat and Tony Terry surfaced on the music scene at the same time. I thought Tony Terry was gonna blow up, due to he is that high yella type of new talent that the music eats up. But to my suprise Keith took first place. I still think Tony is the shit !

  • @mthrshp1999 True and he was far and away a better singer than Keith Sweat. When I hear When I'm with you to this day I gotta sing every note!!!! He truly did not get the props he deserved.

  • Comment removed

  • I first heard this tune on CAPITAL 95.8 FM LONDON,1988!

I was 11 years old and was in my Dad's New Audi 80 Quattro, it was playing on the Blaupunkt car stereo!

This tune went well with the car, and we were driving through Park Lane, windows down and all the people we passed were showing "Thumbs Up"

  • @prospectboy Me too!

  • @prospectboy: Can you find the song from Tony Terry called Save Your Love is on the album The Heart of a Man? Thanks.

  • @TALBROZMAN: So, so true! Unfortunately this song came out around the same time Keith Sweat's "I Want Her" did. Tony's camp obvioulsy didn't promote him as well as Keith's did. If I had the funds, I would have promoted Tony!

  • @TALBROZMAN

FOR REAL...THE BROTHER IS SO TALENTED...WHAT'S HE UP TO THESE DAYS?

  • @TALBROZMAN - He is doing gospel now.

  • @TALBROZMAN I agree with you! I have been looking for this song for a 23 years. I found it by accident. Go figure?

  • This is one of my favorite tracks from his 1987 debut album (cd) "Forever Yours", this beat is slammin'!!

  • This is my favorite song from high school. LMP.
