Tevin Campbell was a great talent and probably still has a little gas in the tank. He might not be completely gay but he was arrested in 1999 for propositioning an undercover cop (male police officer) for oral sex and a bag of weed and he actually requested that he wanted to give the head. Long story short, he got fined and had to attend NA and AID's Awareness classes..but supposedly he has a girlfriend now. But not hating, he was one of the best young talents ever.

In my opinion as a young man in my early 20s, Bieber can't hold a candle to Tevin, especially when it comes to Tevin's vocal range (particularly shown in Tevin's ballads like 'Tell Me What You Want Me To Do' or 'Can We Talk'). As much as Bieber has great dance tracks like 'One Time' or 'Baby', Bieber needs to step it up in his ballads, especially as he transitions into an adult singer in a few years down the line.
