Was a good night, and though I liked The Smiths and had already seen them a few times round London, they had got pretty big by this Kilburn gig - I sort of preferred smaller bands and venues.

an emmaculate live version of the song. Clearly morrissey and the smiths at their best. Marr is simply out of this world. his blistering guitar work is a classic and one for the ages. at 2:15 the crowd is close to rushing the stage.
