Leave it up to me to find one of the rarest though. 300c Srt design. Made in 2008, it has the Srt wheels, seats, and such, plus they put a different intake on it to give it 10 more horsepower, thats my baby :)

The M62 motor along with the ZF transmission in the BMW is better. Smoother and though it has less HP and torque the power is put down way better than the poser Chrysler car.
Even if the GM car was quicker. I still would rather have a BMW based on build quality. I have owned five 3 series, two 5 series, and now a 7. A few almost had 300k miles and one with over 200k. Have had four Mercedes also. These cars are just engineered on a completely different level of standards that is hard to match. There's alot more than HP numbers to a vehicle to impress me.

The 545 has similar power (333HP) but weighs alot less than the 300C

BMWs are designed for german roads with no speed limits so it suffers bottom end. I use to bogg my 300 by holding 3-4k rpm when I first got it. People always pull up next to me and say "a 300c has never done that to me before what have you done to it" I just reply "Just stock" they never believe me.
@jml8841 If you were wondering what I meant by saying the BMW designed for high speed. the 300c has low ratio gears so vs many cars you have an advantage. At the track you wont but on street its perfect cause you never exceed a 3rd gear pull. When I pull 2 car lengths off the mark I shutdown cause theres no point unless your at a track. @lpccali No, it's only available in Europe and in the most cases it integrates a Mercedes-Benz diesel engine but is also available with the Hemi.

Even if the GM car was quicker. I still would rather have a BMW based on build quality. I have owned five 3 series, two 5 series, and now a 7. A few almost had 300k miles and one with over 200k. Have had four Mercedes also. These cars are just engineered on a completely different level of standards that is hard to match. There's alot more than HP numbers to a vehicle to impress me.

@CaptainJackRyan actually you're right on both points.....it is a magnum, it just has a 300c front end swap. you can buy it aftermarket and it's relitavly easy to instal

thats a 6cylinder 300c. Looks slow as hell. I just owned a 2009 series 7BMW 2 nights ago in my 5.7 Hemi. BMWs are slow unless its an M5.

@sasixuicyka No the rims tell you that it's an AWD version (a fiend of mine has the same), and that one is only available with the V8 over here in Europe. So it IS the HEMI.

@ohnoes300c Prob. was a 730 or something because the 300C in the video is a V8, The rims tell you that it's the AWD version and that one is only available with the V8 over here in Europe. Dont underestimate a 545 mate.
The 545 has similar power (333HP) but weighs alot less than the 300C
It all depends how quick you get off the line. I've got a 300C (V8) aswell and i don't always win from the beemers.
I still wouldn't have any other car though...

@jml8841 333hp from specs doesnt mean 333hp when you buy it. Ive already beaten my friends series 5 Beema and 2009 STi. BMWs are designed for german roads with no speed limits so it suffers bottom end. I use to bogg my 300 by holding 3-4k rpm when I first got it. Now I only hold it at 1krpm ESP off and it shoots off like a bullet. People always pull up next to me and say "a 300c has never done that to me before what have you done to it" I just reply "Just stock" they never believe me.

@jml8841 If you were wondering what I meant by saying the BMW designed for high speed. the 300c has low ratio gears so vs many cars you have an advantage. At the track you wont but on street its perfect cause you never exceed a 3rd gear pull. When I pull 2 car lengths off the mark I shutdown cause theres no point unless your at a track. I finally saw a car Id rather drive than the 300c so Im looking to upgrade to the Panamera. Probably next year Dec 2011.

The 300 was a v6, look at how there is only one exhaust pipe @ 0:05 on the rear right.....All v8 Chrysler 300's come with dual exhaust standard....Title should read:

Correct, that is the 3.5l. In Europe they only use the 300C model designation and offer the different engine sizes. Here in the US all the 300C's have the Hemi.

That is the Euro version of the 300 but that isn't the hemi. The rims are what always give it away that is clearly a 3.5L V6 or hell maybe even the 2.7L turd V6 they put in there. The crappy rims and single exhaust are the give away and not hemi badge on the side or back if you really want to get down to it lol.

@BabkenBMW Ok, the Camaro SS and BMW 335i are both around the same price range. The Camaro does quarters in the mid 13's and the BMW does 14.1. Both cars are around the mid $30K price range. I'm sure the BMW has much better handling and will last longer, but 0-60 and quarter, the Camaro wins.

@BabkenBMW You're the idiot. I'm comparing by cost and you're comparing by horsepower? I'm looking at value which regardless of what the HP is pretty much what you get for the money spent. Even the 6 cylinder camaro does 5.5 0-60 and 14.2 quarter mile which is comparable to the 335i. If you compare the prices, you'll see the BMW is $12000 more which proves my point. Now go practice your soccer, maybe someday you'll beat Spain like we did.
