A principled politician. Those were the days. These days I'm so cynical about politics I use my vote just to unseat the incumbent, whichever party they represent, by voting for their nearest rival. Might as well have a new face on the gravy train as the policy of all the main parties is: Back the banks, Bash the poor. The minor policy diversity between them make little or no difference to the oppressed.
