I have a mole around that area. I went to the doctor to get it removed but she said that because of my skin colour it will scar really badly and the scar will be worse than the actual mole. Does this method ever leave keloid scars?

I am just very concerned. I am going to visit another doctor...I have seen doctors and they can't guarantee it will not scar. I am afraid I will have a bad "dent" in my nose from the removal and the other side of my nose won't be "dented"
