@shinyfuzzy V belt and all you really need is a rim the same diameter as the rear and cut or unscrew all the spokes off and then take the tire off the other rim so when you weld them together it doesn't melt the tire, Pretty simple to do, The belts you can get at ace hardware, or other types off hardware stores, you can also order them through mcmaster carr, or ebay. My belt size im using is 2770, pretty long but does the job it needs to do
@shinyfuzzy I don't think so because it's a 103cc it says and 3 hp, Witch doesn't make sense really, Because a 2 stroke 49 cc puts out like average 4 to 5 hp or so, If you change the carburetor on this Briggs to a 2 hp carburetor, I actually remember once that when i was stopped from a motorcycle officer he told me that it has to be 2hp or under to fall in the category of a moped

still legal being the engine is over 50cc?
