Okay so I don't want to discredit her singing, cuz she was the leading lady of Southern Gospel. But, I have to say I think her hair is just as good as her singing. you can get some good views of it in the 2nd and 3rd video. Man that was a masterpiece in itself. Surely miss her and the rest of the Goodman family!

This is one of if not the best groups ever. What a blessing they are no matter what they sing. I get chills just listening to them. Praise the Lord for groups like The Happy Goodmans!

I loved - and I really mean that - loved Vestal Goodman. She was a real Christian - an old-fashioned fundamental washed-in the-Blood, saved-by-Grace, King-James-Bible-believing Child of God - who made this world a better place while she was here. And, thank God, she's with JESUS the KING now, singing in the Heavenly Choir!!!!

And there's coming a day when we (Christians) will get to sing Jesus' praises with her!

Love The Happy Goodmans, Vestal was the best ...what a voice. Last saw them here in the northern Shenandoach Valley of VA Really miss them now. Another great group is The Singing Cookes and Cooke Brothers.

Arizona has a lot of people from the South (my grandfather came from SC) and lots of Southern Baptists...I grew up in a Southern Baptist church and graduated from a Southern Baptist University right here in Arizona. A lot of the Southwest has people who are cousins of the South!
