If you look at the pool today, there is too much variety in terms of music, singing talent. Things happen very fast now, hence we loose track of songs (yes lyrics in most of the songs are big let down)

In the bygone era's the movies were paced well (in terms of releases) hence the music ran for a very long time. but no denial the talent we then had was OUTSTANDING.. nobody can replace rafi saab. shammi's dancing style and sharmila's innocence - attributes like this are definitely extinct.
