Fyi, there are many conservative jurist like this one - despite the comments making it seem like he's an exception. It's the leftist judges who make it up as they go along. It's interesting to see him have to comment this way, instead of maybe examining his reflexive hatred of conservatives. Fyi, I'm not a conservative, but am absolutely sick of the assumed moral superiority leftist grant themselves. Nothing could be farther from the facts on the ground, as this case shows amply.
@pistraurder I researched gang stalking and i understand what your saying, but my point is The Patriot Act seems like a legal form of COINTELPRO. In other words i think it is COINTELPRO on Steroids
@633390 what they do under the patriot act, wiring tapping, email reading, looking at what books people read etc, is absolutely nothing compared to what happens to you if you are a targeted individual and being gangstalked. there are many targeted individuals who have posted videos on here describing what they've been through and are continuing to go through. watch a few. I dare you.
