I thought I read somewhere that Erin Gray actually hated the direction they took Wilma Deering in the second season. In her opinion, Deering became more of "victim" to be rescued less of a strong woman who could hold her own against any man.
Met her at Comic Con a few times. She's a lovely person. She takes annual donations for a battered women's shelter at her CC booth. She's very nice to her fans, too.

at universal studios , when i was 14 . i got picked to do a B.R. blue screen demo with playback later , in front of the tourist group . i actually wore the white suit . they picked a (wilma) girl close to my age , she was fail , but totally awesome , ya'll noobs dont know about that , or the fact that my wife shames erin grey . but i will say wilma was kinda cute in a certain way , she smoked that dog (cost you) adallah , she nasty . bucks a suckah foo 4 , flirtin with dog-dollah , gery=fine

In her military uniforms & other character outfits she looked soooooooooooo fit; pretty, and intensely sexy: with legs & a body to make one green with envy.
In those days it was really refreshing to see such a beautiful; charismatic; confident, and intelligent woman being allowed to hold her own with a leading man.

I have met gil a few times even smoked some cigars with him while he has bloated out like JABA the hut he has said he was blowing ERIN GRAY like she was a used sock. She wont admit it of course and I also have pictures with her but Gil seems pretty honest about it all, lucky man to have been boning her, and she took it in every direction according to GIL, just the thought of lick her ass and slipping some meat into that ass mmm mmm mmm

Erin is a beautiful lady no doubt about it. Don' t mind the boneheads on youtube who disrespect her, they're just jealous they can't marry her. She is one of my favourite actresses. She doesn't need to be sleezy to be attractive. She is a classy lady and acts like a woman should. smart, witty and dignified. Great gal.

The stories went downhill pretty quickly, even for t.v. sci-fi. Wilma was one of the few redeeming features, right up to the end.

I think 2nd Season Wilma and some of the best lines tbh but some of the story lines sucked. I do like the Testimony of a Traitor episode that was one of my favourites out of the whole show. Wilma kissed buck (again) surprised no one has posted that scene really!
Okay I'm sold. Look at this video that the Silk Stalking one on this profile. There is no way you can tell me that Erin Gray didn't have here boobs done. Man her updated rack would have made this uniform 100 times more hotter.

I used to absolutely adore her in that white sailor style uniform; with tan pantyhose; white boots, etc...especially.
She looked like she could have been a fashion, or hosiery model....such were her aesthetic qualities back in the day.

I don't know why this show is so unpolular. Season Two was good with the plots, not at all "in crowd disco" like season one.

Wilma Deering was pretty much Buck Roger's equal in the first season and could really kick ass and handle herself pretty good in almost any situation. In the second season her role was completely reduced to an almost useless character.
