i tied a knot on mine and cut the lace it unraveled and i cant tie another knot and cant relace what should i do

if it only unraveled at the tip, burn it with a lighter. Mine did that, also. I did a different knot and cut the laces.

If it's unraveled the whole lace, buy new ones. I think they sell them at Hibbit Sport.
