This is a very good song. My friend made me listen to it in a moment of receptivity. It touched me. All except the self-indulgent lyrics about being 22 and the decades weighting a ton. We're clever enough to get it. leave the obtusely pandering phrases out of an otherwise sublime and superb song. BTW I've listened to this song while stoned for a disproportionate amount of time. So whatever.
You are wrong. That line perfectly fits in with the various comparisons made throughout the entire song. I wonder what this says about your personality; you state you like a song and yet dedicate much of your statement criticizing it.
