Oh sorry I did miss read it :) for some reason I thought you were saying that this show is a peice of piss and doesn't look like its hard to edit because of that. But remember they have to pick scenes out from about 34 hours of video or more and put the music in ect. But even though it would be easy, and wouldn't take aslong as some stuff.

@samomnisis Hundreds of hours is a huge exaggeration. The Mount Fuji episode is the last in the series, so it's likely they'll have edited at LEAST 2 episodes already, giving them all the time in the world to edit the rest.

Besides, the best bits would've been noted during filming so only a little bit of juggling about there. Stuff like music and transitions take minutes to do.

@Briteeesh Trust me, 100 hours of footage is NOT an exaggeration. The Apprentice edits over 100 hours of footage per episode. Karl is exploring things to do before you die so I'm guessing they'll have a LOT more than The Apprentice.

I too don't believe 'servercabinet' about meeting Karl Pilkington. Everything will already be done and most of it will be edited. Sky have promised an entire series. What if something happens to Karl? They have to film it all before they can air any of it.

Also, it's certainly possible that this guy did meet Karl. Gervais said in his blog recently about how they'd just finished filming the last episode (including some sumo wrestling, actually...). However, 'servercabinet' spelled 'Fuji' as 'Fugi' so I'm a bit skeptical.
