I enjoy both but the F1 car is far, far faster than the WRC car. They are designed for different things though, I think you will find that they will both excel in their own area. I'd also be interested to see if they ran a couple of drags, fairly certain that the F1 car would absolutely destroy it in this as well, as soon as it gets to the point where it can use full power without spinning its wheels lol.
F1 maybe the fastest thing round a track but this video shows very well that once a f1 car is out of its comfort zone its not as good. If you got a f1 car and rally car together and raced them both round a track then raced them both round a rally stage with mud and leaves :-) and combined the times from both races the rally car would win hands down. Rally car has a broad range of abilitys and f1 car doesn't . Simples
@RAWMORRISMUSCLE You're looking at this wrong. A Rally car is built to be quick on any surface. You put a rally car against an F1 car on a track, it'll get butchered. Obviously. Because an F1 car is built for track racing. It's designed purely for the purpose of going quickly around a track. You can't compare the two. They're entirely different machines.
wrc car needs to 100 kmh or 62mph 2.8 or 2.4 seconds thats why is fast as f1 at start... nobody is shiit driver rally car cost engine only 500.000 dollars... so stfu NONAMES and non experience nobs
@ Makeshoot, wrc cars have AWD and 3 differentials controlling each wheel, and so their technology allows drop and always and in any situation, terrain and rider. On the other hand, the F1 car, and only if a large VIP lane, with the weather fine, with the right fuel, with the chief pilot, etc ... This explains the result of the video, where the Rally car destroys the F1 launch.
WRC car did so much better then I would have thought against the F1 car. Either the WRC car has a shitload of power, the surface sucked for the F1 car, which the WRC can do good on any surface, or the F1 driver just sucked shit. I think it was a mixture of those 3.
This run way is massively dusty so the loss of traction is compounded on the f1 car. where as the wrc is designed to drive up hill's covered in snow. It might sound like a poor excuse, dust, but a f1 car is designed to go fast making sure it can run on gravel grass and snow is a waste of time and money. Because f1 car's live on the track they don't need to cope with those things. if this was on a proper race track the f1 would win even if it rained but there you go.
f1 cars are designed to run on tracks and the grid it's self is split into to sides the clean side, the racing line and the dirty side, next to the racing line. Theres no difference between them at all except that one is used every lap by every car at each race which grinds a bit more grip into the track. The dirty side which is not raced on is worth a loss 10 meters from a standing start which is more than the difference between 3rd and 2nd starting positions.
malos cambios en el carro de la f-1 el aeroplano parecia estar jugando , y el wrc se saco la mierda para no quedar atras... desventaja para el wrc... torque vs cv no es lo mismo..
yeh dry ice cooling it down. may i ask why al f1 drivers respond to questions like politicians. um yeh no well we thi we that yeh but no but. piss off get a life get a WRC drive and grow up. f1=football WRC=rugby f1=dancing on ice WRC=ice hockey f1=badminton WRC=tennis f1=snorkeling WRC=deep sea diving . tata for now lovers

@MrStig691 No F1 drivers have ever got a WRC drive, they've had to PAY for it themselves. WRC drivers are far far far more skilled than any F1 driver.
@moondog637 Its not that F1 is slow, but WRC car is danm fast with good traction. WRC cars do same average speeds as F1, but on gravel, so they are really going fast!
because those are the ones red bull sponsors..besides...that's a red ull air race plane..try to find about what they do with those "past generation" propeler systems..

i reckon given a less dusty surface, the f1 car would beat the other 2 machines. all three
drivers(pilot) have massively talented balls.
