your first rare encounter in this video is the one that NEVER spawn....the fish boss always spawm...the ice spider always spawn....but the freaking goblin ice thing NEVER spawn..i been going out and in for like 10 times now
@Tuvius2000 there is a sahaugin rare on the overlook. A spider near the sahuagin shrine, and zeer, right before the decrepit catatombs. Sorry for the lateness. Had a busy weekend. Hope this helps.

@GoldenTagachi They all spawn, but it seems whenever i have time to record, they don't spawn. I've had times where all 3 were spawned.
