  • the abs are coming out good. Your gonna have a lot of guys bashing you saying your "small", not strong, fix your form ext, but your on the right track. You seem like your right around that 180-190 lbs range and young (under 21) like i was about a year ago. Keep working hard and you'll see the gains. best of luck to you.

  • not to be a hater but when you lift it seems your whole body moves...try isolate the muscle your using retract your shoulder blades and keep your body still you might have to drop the weight but its better overall

    I'd slow it down a bit if I where you, avoid injury. Look quite proportionate none the less.

  • @dilly521352 there are many contributing factors regarding the ammount of time it takes too get a body like that. .. age, weight, height, metabolism, build etc all come into consideration when trying too get a time estimate. This guy looks about 180 something, maybe even 190cm and probably weighs in the 80kg range. He looks about 19.  I'd say his been working out for a few years now, but hasn't really got the big gains until his late teens (18, 19)

  • @peaceflower44 Eat something with a good amount of protein and a good amount of quick digesting carbs with very low fat. Some good examples: potatoes & chicken, oatmeal w/protein powder, mass gainer, turkey sandwhiches

If you dont want to destroy your body in the long run run, jump and swim a lot. U'll look and be stronger than any bodybuiling workout

    Also, a high proteil diet at young age has been connected with testicular cancer. There arent stable scientific data to rely on but I wouldnt risk it

  • @BriturTraining lol I am not assuming. I have studied the main traits of individuals who use Glutamine for quite a while. I guarantee that if you ask him if he is taking Glutamine he will say yes.

  • Great video, Brian. It inspires me to hit the gym hard on my next chest day which will be here on Monday. I will have to watch this before I hit the iron Monday morning. I know from experience CON-CRET will help power me through this workout. Look forward to seeing more from you here.

  • Whenever I do chest I would alternate between chest and triceps. Is it better to do all your chest exercises and then all of your tricep exerciseS?

  • @CaptinCaruso I always go with the bigger and harder to hit muscle first to fatigue it first. If you fatigue your triceps first or too much then you won't be able to push a weight forward even if your chest has full strength.

    So yes I always would say hit your chest first then triceps, or hit your lats first then your biceps. :)
