I am 16 years young, and during the Winter of 2009-2010 i plan on breaking a few a world records by Michael Phelps. I've been swimming since i was 3 years young, and i love swimming the Butterfly, i have a dream to make the 2012 Olympic Swim team and race with Michael. I've been training for this dream for quite a while now,,,
but not sure, kinda had mono over the winter time and had to take a break for the most part of it, ima on a summer team now and gona smash some of their records and go on from there XD

30x100 bc holding 68's on 1:30. Try that.

Start swimming more. I already do 8 sessions a week at 60k metres in the week,
30x100 bc holding 68's on 1:30. Try that.
i aint a fly swimmer so i dnt care if i don't go 27.

heh.. 8 sesions a week? i do 11 sesions a week.. swimming about 12-13k a day.. which is like 70k or so.. and no.. i dont do 30x100 at 1:30.. ive done them at 1:20 .. good luck.. once again... ;)

hmm.. no im not really into USA swim teams.. i swim at Mexico tehee! =].. but maybe my friend knows.. he swims at Cathedral.. and EPAP too.. anyway.. yeah.. you are right on that.. i will have a much harder time to get better... but im pretty much pimped out right now hehe.. lets see what happens in the future.. ill ask my friend about that LVSC thing. what does it stand for? :O

hey dude this guys time is in SC meters, i think not in LC meters, there is a difference, csech best time in LC meters is 4:09, the only man to go under 4:09 in LCM is phelps

wow! you really don't know what you're talking about thats LC son. btw, a 23 LC is a 20 in SC that would mean that you would get owned so nasty. I doubt you go a 25.6 if you can't even tell a LC pool from a SC pool :)
