i bought these lights and for some reason the halos dont stay on they keep flickering? i redid the wiring about 10 times and in know im doing it right but yet they're still flickering idk what's going on?
hi, i have a question regarding the bulb sizes for these headlights. i had to replace the highbeam a couple of months ago and i used H1s which i believe is the right size. however im not planning on upgrading to HIDs and i was wondering what the size for the low beams are and if i was correct in getting the H1s for the high beams
@gino7792 no problem at all. there are a few adjustment bolt on the back of the headlight they are a 6mm or 8mm nut. if you want some more information email there tech at roger@spyderauto
Video quality is great, very beautiful celica. You actually don't need to remove the fender headlight support (bottom red piece you took out). I've taken my headlights out numerous times without removing that. 5 star video though.
So if I were to use an HID kit with H1 bulbs, do I follow the assembly and use H1 HID kit with 55W bulbs and ballast? Because earlier, I commented on the SpyderAuto CCFL installation video and it said to use 35W HID kit.
Hi, I have a question, I just received my PRO-YD-TCEL00-CCFL-BK, or Toyota Celica CCFL Projector headlight assemblies and the headlight bulb socket holes seem a bit smaller than what I remember, When I look closely, the assembly says H1 55W, so I'm thinking it takes H1 55W bulbs? I'm asking this because I've always used H7 bulbs on my Celica(which are quite a lot bigger) and most replacement bulb guides say that 2000 Toyota Celicas use H7 bulbs for low beams.
@Kirby1220 Hi, yes we know that the direct replacement size bulb is H7 but the headlight that you order uses H1 they come with bulbs and they are meant to be plug and play. The wire connector on the headlight connect to you stock wire.
hi when you received the headlights, are they comes with the low beam only?please let me know

Which kind of celica is that? GT or GTS?
AllOutNoobHater 3 months ago
@AllOutNoobHater GTS, it could be a GT with the TRD kit but usually any celica with that kit is a GT-S

Hi, has 55w HID kits been tested in these headlight housings? or does the 55w have the potential to ruin the housings?
Kirby1220 3 months ago
@Kirby1220 our manuifacute has only recommended the 35watts system and not the 55watts as that does run the chance of melting the housing.

@spyderauto how would you go about adjusting the lights? they sit a bit too high on mine, how would you go about doing so? is there a video already?
gino7792 5 months ago
@gino7792 there should be a adjuster in the back of the light that will allow you to adjust the headlight
spyderauto 5 months ago

@Kirby1220 please use the 35w HID kit because that is what the manufacture recommend and has been tested
