@caddis05 I really like them both. The plane can be used for the photos in my opinion, much more easily. I like the video from the tricopter, but also have an HD Hero for the plane that works well for long straight, and high altitude fly overs. Thanks for watching! ~ James
I want your backyard. Nice camera movements. You like this better than the airplanes for your camera work? I think it has more interesting potential. You should design a bigger tri copper that can hold a Canon 5D Mark ll.

Would you say the tricopter setup is better for aerial photography or an airplane set up?
Just need to make it water proof and then your all set.
