Loved this film!. Never did get to see the full length version. Even though I was one of the "90210 thugs"? Not to mention were are the outtakes? nice editing though man.
i thought that was the best project direct movie i've seen, honestly. the concept was more than original, it was well-written, the acting was decent, and the shots were amazing. i think youtube should have definitely overlooked the violent/drug aspect and accepted it as a really great piece of amateur film. loved it!
Some of the best shots and angles I've seen in Project:Direct. But you've yet to learn the most important thing, which is pacing, true whether it is a blockbuster or radical or independent film.
I believe that the only reason that you werent nominated was because of the drug use and violence! I read in the fine print (after we shot ours too) that you could not glorify sex, violence, alcohol, drugs, or have product placement.

Oh interesting! Although I think that youtube's audio quality killer really helps you out here. The music sounds almost like a Twin Peaks thing, I think. Fits the piece well :D

The original movie is 31 minutes long.
I cut it down to 7 minutes for the project direct requirements.
That is why it kind of moves so fast...

Great work! Had a classic 80s B-movie vibe to it. Well edited, compelling story, and decent acting. Kept me watching to the end.
