Leo was not expected to appear in the episode unmorphed due to Danny Slavin's falling out with the production crew during the Lost Galaxy/Lightspeed Rescue team up, Trakeena's Revenge. In the end, Danny Slavin decided to take part in the episode and filmed all his scenes during post production.

There was no possible shots to do the same for Aurico as the original actor was not present so we could only get the "Red Alien Ranger, Hiyah!" from him.

All the music merged together sounds weird cuz on top of the overlaping theme music for the corisponding rangers I can still hear the music from the original airing.. Played at full speed it sounds kinda akward.. I like this episode tho ::Shrugs::....

well the season "forever red" was held was the last season owned by saban yes, as well as in the japanese sentia orginal of wild force it was the 25th anniversary of super sentia shows and they also had an annaversary ep where the goarangers (wild force rangers) meet rangers from various teams before theirs as well as seeing all 24 red sentia team leaders

No. Wild Force was produced by Saban the entire season, but aired on Disney networks from Unfinished Business to The End of the Power Rangers part 2.

Disney bought the Rangers during Time Force. Saban was contracted to finish PRWF.

Well, the lost galaxy one was digitally added because of "a falling out with Saban", and Aurico's real actor couldn't be found.

IIRC, the actor who played Leo was there and talked during the episode. However, the red alien ranger's actor never showed throughout the episode

it was pretty evident that the red alien ranger's voice actor wasn't there, since he doesn't morph, and his voice doesn't have that added effect...same as the SPD/Dino Thunder episode with the Black Ranger

@kainhighwind2 You'd be wrong about Danny Slavin. He was never there. Look at all his scenes closely, you'll notice he's green screened in. Hence why when the Red Rangers gather together at the end, Leo is mysteriously absent.
