@SerenityShootingStar I learned it a long time ago. Well it is true that they feel pain but then again so do animals that we use for food. Something my grandpa and grandma told me, so long as you respect the earth and her beings (animals and human) then she and them will in turn take care of you. But if you still feel bad about picking flowers then for each one you pick, make a plan to plant another or a tree instead. That way you are not just taking but giving. =^.^=

that's the problem. Meat factories aren't keeping things in balance at ALL. D8 In fact, they OVERPRODUCE and OVERKILL (lol?) animals which is why all americans ARE FAT. (well, a lot of us) I'd personally prefer to go the way of the native americans and hunt for my own food and use ALL of the meat, not waste it like meat factories. Besides the fact that the way these animals are treated DURING life and when being SLAUGHTERED is in no way respectful to the animal.

@SerenityShootingStar well that's not all, people are overpopulating and over killing animals(not all for food but for pure sport) so the balance is way thrown off. All the blame cannot be given to factory farms or puppy mills though a lot of the overpopulation of animals is partly their fault. People are not obese because they over consume just meat alone. It's from overconsumption of junk food. Meat is healthy for you. I do not agree with any cruel acts towards animals.
