@xcaluhbration Haha. Yeah definitely. But shredding doesn't do what blues does to me. I went to go see Jeff Beck live for my 16th birthday last april. His last song was Nessum Dorma. It made me want to bawl. It's not even right to have that ability. To pull so much emotion (and commotion) out of a single note. As far as Paul goes, I think he was at his best when he was doing pop. King of Clubs is my favorite album of his.

I guess Paul can play very fast anytime he wants,that's why he is mostly noted by his speed and accuracy.And hey fast playing ain't overrated.It is awesome if you can play fast.It means you are more capable of more things to the guitar rather than bending and playing pentatonics all day.Nuno is great too.i like his work with extreme very well.And also his harmony with Paul here.

I think with Paul's solos for this one, Paul was kinda beating around the bush a little too much. I think he was trying to find the right phrase he wanted but just couldn't come up with it. Nuno took it in a different direction and ended up making it sound awesome.

I would have to disagree.. the only theory Yngwie has applied in his compositions is an over usage of Phrygian dominant, Harmonic minor, and diminished scales. Very boring after such heavy usage. He has awesome chops but extremely limited creativity. Good guitarist, extremely poor musician considering how far he's gotten.
