All they do is make a list of harmfull genetic mutations and do not list any beneficial ones.

That myth is something that is spouted around by people who are not scientists but science does not say that at all and all you have to do is google beneficial genetic mutations to figure this out.

There are many species that haven't had to change in millions of years. Evolution only happens under environmental pressure.

Take great white sharks for example - pretty much unchanged in millions of years. They don't need to change because they are pretty much perfectly suited to how they need to survive.

Small, adaptable lizards fall into the same category. They had already adapted to their environments, and had no pressure to instigate change.

I was not accusing you of increasing the volume of your speech just that your whole statement consisted of calling evolution some choice words and flushing it down the toilet which of course we are free to do that but it does not make for interesting conversation.

Yeah i am afraid creationists just cannot grasp the fact that evolution does not decree that speciation should move at a fixed or constant rate for all the species. Just another in the long line of strawmen arguments they love to feed to their sheepish followers. Speciation can be extremely slow if  the organism has reached perfect adaption, such as the crocodile or may be just slow for no reason at all as in the case of the evolution of the Geerup brain.
