ysong i get it now, NO WEIGHT SHIFT, you lose power when you dont shift weight, plus your ball is at your left foot, try putting it on the middle, unless you are trying to get a higher trajectory dont put it on the left foot side. do weight shift during take away, but be careful not to have a power leak with your right knee when doing this.
I saw your other video from the back view and your problem is similar to mine. There isnt enough lagging on your club head. Try pausing your video when your arm reach your hip, now re-wind the video and notice that your club comes from "outside to inside". If you can lower the speed of your initial downswing and focus on lagging your club head you can get better distance and accuracy without pushing more swing speed.
your shoulders are very open at address, due to the ball bein too far forward in your stance. this will cause a cut and fade. you also lean back at the finish, but u lead with the hips ok so its not too bad a problem
nice swing

All these comments are retarded and make no sense, why are you playing the ball off of your front foot though? Maybe if it was a PW not a 7

Nice back swing.
More spine tilt away from the target would create more coil and power.
Also I can't really see but it seems your right knee may be straightening? Try and keep your lower body taught and rotate around your spine.

ball position too far left. Move it one ball back.

remember to stay behind the ball a bit longer and move it back in your stance, otherwise looks ok.

its a 7 iron not a driver and your shoulders are pointing way left so you slice it is that not obvious

put the ball back in your stance, check your divot, i t's right under the ball. you'd be striking it better if the ball was moved back.

jack nicklaus said to always play it off the left heel. I bet he doesnt hit a fade, he hits a draw.
