How long do U practise to make video like this, im quite noob and im practising and cant make better time that 26 sec. per lap... Please, is it about parctice or some secret?

Oh, one thing i noticed... To make it even more fast, at that grass after spiral, move a littlebit to left and try to jump at the very edge. I tried it and U will land around the end. Should add about 0,3 sec, but thats also something...
