Aside from the recreation of LA, this game harbors an abundance of trademark originality. The developers really knew their shit when delving back into the immediate post-WWII times. The music, the way people talked, the style, they were on top of their game. Not to mention the innovative advances in graphic technology and interactivity. This game is a gem like Heavy Rain which did more than bring us a fun experience, it maximized the technological utility of the consoles it was released on!

This is what I love about Rockstar games. They pay just as much attention to the minor details as they do the major parts of the game. Just look at the menu. The menu perfectly represents the game with the song that's 9:06 long, the setting, the shadow words on the wall, the investigator, the car, the case files, and the movie theater. I hope Rockstar makes a new game soon. =D
