@meekoman25 SSD is expensive, and that isn't the technology that I was referring to. This is something that can ACTUALLY be used as RAM and they say it can even process calculations so it may double as a processor as well and so there are many possibilities.

In regards to your comment about not knowing if the base regen was increased. Well it was. They buffed base mana regen to the point at 18 you get about 5.9 more mana regen then before. For the runes, you can figure about a loss of 5.4 In the end, if you have the runes you gain about .6 more regen so you're still getting pretty much the same effect from runes as you did before the patch. I basically run the same runes and whatnot and the only change was that I can spam more from 1 to 5.

Himer may be nerfed in your opinion but imo his buffed since he is a extremely good tower pusher (and a pain in the ass to lane against) as he can put out 2 turrets in only a few seconds if he have them stacked and he's also quite good in the teamfights with he improved ult giving him more rockets, and of course he can put down 2 turrets in the teamfight and they do quite a lot of damage. I apologize if my grammar is a bit of, I'm from Sweden :)

With your point if you like a game it should piss you off, it's highly dependant on WHY the game is pissing you off. Demon's Souls pissed me off because it was so hard and even cryptic at times. If a game is pissing you off because something doesn't work then it may be bad design.

The Crit/Dodge thing they changed was as you said, to make it more even.

I think what happens is if you don't crit/dodge, next time you're more likely to crit/dodge.

Likewise each time you crit or dodge, the chance goes down.

This removes some of the games randomness and more about the skill.
