nigeriaboy: Don't bother. Install a custom firmware. I can recommend 3.40 OE, it's quite stable.

double107: They say the chances of bricking from downgrading and installing OE, if everything is done properly, is about 1 in 1,000,000. Anytime you write to your firmware, you are taking a small risk.

If you're having trouble running homebrew on 3.30, make sure your homebrew folder is set to "1.50 kernal" under Configuration in Recovery Mode.

bBoyP781: DevHook emulates a higher firmware on a lower one. It was awesome before the days of custom firmware. Now it's a bit obsolete, imo, but plenty of nervous people still use it as it doesn't require flashing the firmware.

moku07: I think the highest downgradable firmware at this point is 3.03.  Don't upgrade! Just wait and they will most likely crack 3.10 eventually.

Devhook only emulates higher firmware, and you have to run it each time you want to use it. OE has the higher firmware functions built-in. OE it much better, by far.

PSP uses a pro duo stick, any size will do. there may be a SD converter, but i don't know of any.

Try using a program like WifiSniffer to determine which channels your neighbors are using. If someone else is using the channel you are trying to use, you will run into problems trying to connect. When set up correctly, you should connect quickly on the first try.

Start a UMD game when you first load devhook and then the ISO games seem to exit just fine as long as you don't use sleep mode while playing the ISO. Hopefully Booster will give us an update soon. :)
