It was never officially released by the band or the record label, I don't think... But it is "supported" by them, or something. It said something about it during the DVD or on the case but I forget exactly.

It was officially released twice, once on VHS and once on DVD.

Earphoria, the soundtrack CD, was not officially released for a while, but even that got an official release.
