Okay... So like many of you I was raging at this tomb. I did finally figure out the trick to executing a perfect wall jump almost every time. This tomb is easy once you get the wall jump down.

I am doing this on PC, so make sure you adapt this to your controller scheme. First, run up the wall with W (Forward). Second, as soon as you hit the wall running, let go of W. Last, once you reach the apex of your run, hit the A (Left) or D (Right) in the direction of your jump and the Spacebar (Jump).

I should say that after ALL the different jumps and things I've had to do (honestly, I found the tall church one the most challenging - painstaking!), as soon as I saw this video (I watched it for a clue with getting over the locked door)- it took me 15 minutes to get this last part done. Two tries to get the side jump. Easiest one in the game after all the 'training' I've had to do- maybe PS3 controls? Thanks for this - it would've been harder without it! Glad it didn't take days!!!

You don't need to chase the guy and kill him. If you don't get him in time you just have to kill off a few more guards. However, the last part - with the timed levers. Took me 8 hours over two days and a lot of practice figuring out that 'special' sideways jump. It's doable though, but you need to nail it pretty much exactly like in the vid, except you don't need to make that last 'special' sideways jump where the water is dripping down. Just turn toward the ledge and you can just jump.

@tsnstp2001 I feel a little sheepish for having looked here and 'seen' the jump first, but then again... after watching this video first, it took me 15 minutes to do this for the first time. :) Compared to the other fella who took 3 hours, and you who took 8 over two days... uhhh, I'm not regretting that. :P It took me two tries to 'figure out' the sideways jump after seeing it - never missed it again. Easiest tomb in game when you know the jumb ;)

Hey, fellow players. When performing the advanced jump, get your finger totally off the W button and only use A or D depending on do you want to jump left or right. When you are at the color panel where water flows, it is left, not right, you remember. Once when you have to hang, watch where you would land and move if there would be only water below you. This is how I made it.

The only tolerably pleasant part for me was before the leap of faith. Totally everything after it I fecking hated!

@Cybernaut76 I think I was not specific enough: when you have jumped against the wall, that is when you need to remove the W and space. Then, while you are in the air, press Space and A or D. That is how to tell this IDIOT named Ezio Auditore that it is the advanced jump we need instead of jumping back into the water!

for those who are wondering how to get the sword of altair I purchased it for 43K in vila at the beginning of sequence 9 I did no missions right after I was finished sequence 8 I went straight to vila oh and it's 42500 because I upgraded the blacksmith to lvl 3 and you can purchase it before you get altairs armor so there is your proof I have his sword before I have his armor

I was having a little trouble with the wall jump maybe like most of you, once on the wall quickly press the Left thumb stick in the direction you want to go and A(LS and A at the same time!), keep trying it a couple times eventually you will get the hang of it.

At the top of the run, just when Ezio is about to be pulled back down by gravity's cruel embrace, tilt the stick in the direction you want to jump and press A. Nice, just made it. Took me like 20 times. And 2 ragequits. The worse is always the jumps you do and then you have to do another one simultanesly in other direction, it's fucking hard. Also, I hate when the camera changes and it fucks all our directions but the worse of this mission is definetly that you have to go swimming and push the ledge, everytime you fail. Hateful. But don't worry the fourth and the third are rather easy. You just have to pass the first and the second quickly.

Thanks for putting this up, I couldn't have done it without it! The wall jumping is in the timing.......sorry to say but it's easy once you know how. As somebody has said, get up to the wall and start as opposed to running at it, release the a button once up the wall then dab it again after you have pointed the ls.
