Thanks to everyone for their comments, emails and phone calls to see how I am. The soreness got worse until Tuesday, been getting better since. Oh, and @ "podiumpete1" - you know not of what you speak, sir. Better not to make assumptions or act cocky - it is not at all becoming, nor accurate come to that. Unless maybe you're jealous, in which case I take pity on you and you have my sympathy. I'm glad to hear the marshal was OK and very grateful to all those that helped.

By all accounts the marshal and the spectator were OK too. I was at the bottom of hill at cascades and the first to attend car 03. Happy to hear that he, and you were ok. After an incident like that I expected to find a lot worse.
