  • if you're only 14-15 I wouldn't worry just yet; your body probably hasn't run its course in developing. Just eat properly and do any exercise that works out the chest. if you're really worried see your doctor (i'm not a medical professional or anything).

  • @nigelholland3 defently agree with torment3d. u need to do more cardio to get wrid of that lower fat layer on the lower pecs, believe me doin more weights aint gonna get u know where with fat burnin, either do more cardio(swimmin is v good for tonin the chest or jogging) or try doin a lot of press ups dependin on ur fitness level which will defo get ur chest and lower pecs toned. also try other sorts of chest workouts i.e dumbells, decline is for lower chest, incline for upper. try mixin up

  • I began to do the intensity routines you preach about after a gym workout and tires me up soooo bad man... you must be very right about that and I only started doing it with a bike, havent done what you say about statical moves.

    I use it a lot too, but mixed with grean tea and other herbs cuz tastes like sh... but its true it makes you move!

  • It depends of the intensity you work with. For example i work my abs like 7 minutes a day with several types of exercises. Althought i think the best way is to work them daily.

  • @slim240293 ok i try to do 500 a day but sometimes i get lazy. i was talking to this guy i work out with and he said you should do it everyday because you are not lifting weights it its more like cardio. you think hes right

  • depends how hard you do it. i downloaded a copy of the p90x ab ripper x, as of right now i do it twice a week.i would just do every other day, or if ur abs are still sore weight until they are healed and then work them again
