i loved the bass players striped fashion...look at rudy sarzo later on in quiet riot and ozzys band....he influenced a lot of us....i made my own pants out of some tight jeans by painting on the stripes with a toothbrush and useing half and half bleach and water....people used to ask me where they could buy pants like mine......woooow

My father actually sat next to Michael on a flight.

My dad asked him if he was a rocker. He said he played guitar in UFO and introduced himself as Michael Schenker. My dad recognized the name because i had spoken about him.

He said Schenker was a classy guy and talked to him the whole flight.

And they had drinks!

Of course, we know Mike has a weakness there.

He is still the most articulate melodic inventive lead player in all of rock.
