If you don't know how to apply color or do a consultation you need to go back to cosmetology school and if you never went to cosmetology school you certainly shouldn't be coloring hair.
The way Amy E. conducts interviews is unprofessional and she lacks credibility. She constantly interferes with the authority of the stylist she's interviewing (Stop touching the client's hair!!! Stop Oooing and Ahhhing - just listen!).
Her questions should pertained to who these interviews are meant to inform - hairstylists - instead of herself. Yes Amy, that's what we call "oxidized" hair color in the hair industry.
