if you're planning to have surgery in belgrad (just a guess dr. p?) I wouldn't recommend it. not because of his skills but because of terrible sanitary conditions in the hospital he works in. a german transguy had meto with him and had to have 3 additional surgeries because of the situation inside the hospital...
its not with Dr. Perovic. I'm not worried about infections. I've talked with many guys who went through with this surgeon and were fine. Infection is a concern, but not because of it being Belgrade, but because every single hospital in the world has had people get infections... its a risk of surgery
no hes not a leading phalloplasty surgeon but he is for metoidioplasty. I picked him cause he is in my opinion skilled in this surgery, he is a urologist and less expensive. I'd be risking my job regardless of who I went to for surgery but my job isnt that important to me, being happy is.
I bought mine out of Cyprus (the country) from my surgeon. sometimes compounding pharmacies will do it. Some people get it from the all saints clinic which is where my surgeon gets it from. They don't require a prescription and there is some talk about the legality of it which i don't have enough information on to give you my opinion but I do know for everyone I've seen order it there it gets to them and passes through customs fine. But FYI its expensive, about 100$ or so a tube.

This is why it is so important that we get our gender markers changed. this is a new thing and is about to be implemented. You should look into it what I am saying.

Also your gender is not printed on your boarding pass so while its still a pain in the ass and another pain for trans people you shouldn't be stopped by TSA. NCTE did a brochure on it you should check out if you have not.

It is pretty common that guys go to Serbia. I wouldnt only because I dont like to fly and I couldnt handle flying and being under the knife like that. Guys that get bottom surgeries in general are brave. I am honestly too afraid to put a knife to my dick, it is big enough for me anyway. I am lucky I started out huge to begin with.
