@TheTrueHarmony As far as I know this is a "vilancico" (don't take my word for it). It's unlikely that you will find sheet music for this piece, since it is taken from a manuscript in Library of Coimbra in Portugal. The language is called "criollo", although it is not a real language. It's an invented language intended to imitate the accent of blacks from the colonies when they tried to speak Portuguese.
