They are far more concernned with sales than service; just checking your bigpond email would test the patience of a saint, and thats even if the service is available at all when you need it. I'm a recent transplant to Sydney from N.Y.C., and when I first saw this ad, I didn't KNOW that Australia actually had a fence going through the middle of the continent to literally keep the rabbits out, and I was like
