my boyscout troop went out their and camped at the boyscout camp about 5 miles from their. we took our hike in 2 days. on the last day, we didn't get to summit due to storms gathering to the east. it was a blast anyway!
combined hours... I'd say 15 hrs. total... we broke it into 2 separate days... we camped at 12,000 ft.! Mountain was 14,00ft.! Ummm... Mt. yeah... it was absolutely breath-taking up there... literally, when at 14,000 feet, you get the worst headache ever... I got mine... it got so bad... I had to just stop hiking... but when at the summit... it's totally worth it!!!
