how can i restore this to defaults? for i can access it over the ethernet?

No its only a 10/100 Hub. You might have 10/100 Superstack 3's which are a router.
Let me know if you would like any help with this sort of kit. I am fully CCNA qualified and have a lot of prectical knowledge on this sort of thing.

@nibbleuk hey, i have got a 3com SuperStack 2 PS Hub 40.
When i switch it on, there is a little boom and the fuse is broken then. What can i do ?
