keep inspiring others with such beautiful video's, whatever the 'system' a natural bond with any animal is based on love & trust. The horse asks the question of us how we respond is how we can measure ourselves
You don't really need someone elses technique, you can make your own signals and commands. As long as you're willing to take the time, your horse will learn.
This is in my eyes the right way of horsemanship. They see and feel all the signals that the horse gives. This way do I to. And i want tis to reach with my horse. How more i do with her, how more we can .
How do you get this with your horses??It's..........I've got a young horse that I don't know how to get her trust...She only comes to me if i've got food!
i'm trying 2 save the brumbies from slaughter so plezz 'like' my page on facebook called save the brumbies and stop the slaughter if i can get 500 'likes' i will take it 2 the government and maybe just maybe thay will do some thin about it so plezz help our willd horses stay willd.
Awesome job done by all. Thank you for sharing this video. My horse was seriously injured in an accident and will NEVER be ridden again but...........thanks to Parelli and video's like this he will be more than a lawn ornament. Best part......he's having just as much fun as I am. Blessings!!!
I must admit i'm not a big Parelli fan. I find it a bit gimmicky. You're basically teaching your horse a bunch of tricks. I mean who would want to bounce a big ball off their horse or wave a whip around their head. Monty Roberts Is far better and he is more about the horses. He is truly amazing and Parelli have tried to copy but it hasn't quite worked.
Everbody - google "The Art Of Natural Dressage" and read what they have to say if yo'd like to have a better view of how the horse' mind is put togather, and how to "deal" with it in a great way ;)
@StiltsGirl Hi just go to Parelli "Natural horsemanship" its all very simple- allyou need to learn is how the horse does it and in few hrs you too can do it!!!
@StiltsGirl lol are you being fucking serious????? i hope to god your just being sarcastic andthe 3 people who thumbed this up are being sarcastic too
How lovely. Poetic, simple and fluid, it shows how highly a spiritual relationship can be developed with enough desire, time, patience and above all.....love. :)
I have an arabian mare that is really nervous around loud things and when people try to catch her. she is ok when I catch her. I have gotten her just 4 months ago. and she never let anyone touch her head. I worked on her and now she lets anyone touch her head. I finally found out she had sores in her ears.
Thats amazing! I would be so grateful to have a bond half as amazing as yours with a horse. Actually I would be grateful just to have a horse. Any horse I wouldn't care. I take lessons but no horse... I love them! Horses are wonderful creatures and they're so smart! You guys are my inspiration!
just go on ebay get the level 1 dvd it might also have level 2 with it buy the cheapist one and watch them and get the cheapist halter, rope, carrot stick and savvy string and that is all you need to get started.
I love your videos because they show that there are humans who try to understand their horses and the horses understand them. Thats a way which most of the people never find.
you can buy the parelli level 1 dvds they will show you the basics buy the parelli halter and 12ft rope and carrot stick and savvy string thats how you get started.
you have to put your heart into it.
and you can begin by watching the parelli level 1 dvds and once you are confident about it go and try it with your horse.
*sighs in Aw and jealousy* This vid is great, thanks for sharing it.
I hope to one day have enough money to own a horse and work along side him or her, natural horsemanship. One day, for now all I can afford is lessons on another's horse.
@BarrelsPolesandJack I'd say your first step is to separate yourself from things like horse shoes, bits, spurrs (if you use any of these). After that it's a long road of very hard work and soul searching. There is no one way to go about it, but you can look into Parelli, which is what these people are doing.
Whoever put a thumbs down on this video ... needs help... we'll just say that ;) . WOW you guys I love your videos and I think it's awesome that there are so many of us who do the natural horsemanship :D My horse and I have only been doing it for about a year but we'll be here someday!!!!
I think there is a hidden secret here, namely the amount of time spent interacting with the horses. Jusr being with them for significant amounts of time would increase the bond between horse and rider. The willingness to be part of this partiuclar training system (which the horses clearly
enjoy) , is therefore that much stronger. A truly inspirational film. Thank you

but i dont know what i have to do?
where can i begin, and how?:O.
Daphneamber 1 year ago
@Daphneamber wel first off you could start by grooming your horse daily and by taking it to a round pen and just giving it time with you
dont smother it with afection just chill with it and walk around to keep your horse interested
occasionally going up to it and petting it
also breathe into your horses nostrils
when walking always face your horse side ways and never square your self facing it chest to chest
horses see from the side so you want your horse to view you like it would another horse
