not a mod, ther is a glitch you can get with a horse that makes the system think your going way fast, i just watched it a second ago

you get on your horse

then in the console put in MOVETQT (or something like that) and if the quest is in the city and your still on your horse then he will teleport to the city with you

use a command creature spell and youll get the horse inside every house and city

open console (~) and enter : setav speed [desired speed number here without the brackets] n press enter.

he probably entered speed 200 or something like that =P

I got my horse in the Imperial City and I don't know how to get it out I tried going to a stables but he wasn't there,but when I came back to the Imperial City he was still in the Market District ='( Do any of you know how to get him out?
