XP Home has the Address Bar hidden by default you can unhide it though.

If you right click on the toolbar area of the Windows Explorer and click "Lock the toolbars" so that it is no longer checked.

Now right click in the same area again, this time make sure that "Address Bar" is checked. You will see the address bar appear on the side of the Standard Buttons toolbar, just drag it to below the "Standard Buttons" toolbar. Then relock the toolbars. Close out, which will save your changes.

My previous post differs from the video. The video was done as an assignment. What I posted below is what SUN recommends.

Mine is: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_10 Copy the path.
