If you keep in the throttle when you shift, then you should be able to hit 5th gear no problem. Don't be scared of the engine revving to high, just let out of the clutch faster.

lol we "get" some sweet burnouts and that tires are freaking rough after 2 burnout like that and it still have enough rubber to raly through woods , but think about the damage you do to that atv or quad or whatevr . Shifting like that gear will broke it definetly later and take it to a little drive to get some air in the radiator and chill out the engine clutch etc ...

Naw, it clears just fine. That thing has some crazy fender clearance. No rubs at all. Turns em out pretty well too! They were 27x10x12 all the way around. Didn't go with the 12" wide in the rear. Wasn't sure if it'd turn those out or not...

The Rancher is an awesome bike! Pretty powerful for such a small bike. Fuel injection really makes a difference :)
