“When I hear new music coming into my head, its mission is integrated into its notes. It basically tells me how it wants to be.” – John McLaughlin. From Page 1 of the book “Follow Your Heart – John McLaughlin song by song.”
The meter is a little off at times. It actually was performed on the album on a Les Paul without any special effects that I can tell. I know it is difficult playing this stuff, but the more you play it, the easier it gets. After a while it becomes second nature, it just takes us normal people more time to practice this stuff.
To the guitar player, break out the Les Paul and get a double neck. the strat doesn't make it. In addition, the stuff has to be played to the point where you don't think. it's a good start. to the drummer, you got to more.

@Oneness100 To be honest, I'm shocked at how spot on that strat sounds. I think you guys really nailed it.

Nice job. Very evocative of the original. Done with a lot of taste and restraint. . Why try to improve the original when it is impossible !
