For the MLG online PCL you can use whatever weapon you want. Game modes are Total Conquest, and Attack and Defend. There are other little rules too, but there is no more MLG for this game. Also at actual MLG events, you could only use weapons unlocked at default, and the Tar21.

Just practice man. Also, learn which weapon(s) work for you and stick with them. Most people use assault rifles (FAMAS, AKS, etc). And try to get up with some people and play with them regurally. Most game modes run a lot better when you work as a team.
